Well, I was reminiscing. The first cyst I ever removed was on a thirty-something year old woman's cheek. She was a military dependent (serviceman's wife) and I was in training doing my dermatology rotation (clinicals). The cyst was about the size of a dime. I was able to anesthetize the area and incise the skin without puncturing the underlying sac. I performed a curettage to separate the sac from the surrounding tissue and removed it intact. After irrigating, I did a good proximation of the edges and sutured them together. The patient was satisfied with the results. But that's me.

You know you're going to see something special, I simply can't look away. We used to pop grubs out of cows backs with our fingers bitd. You can also pop them out by heating up a pop bottle in hot water and sealing the mouth over the grub. The bottle cools and you get satisfying "poonk" as the grub pops out. It's not to be missed.

I've watched farmers use a jar to remove what's (colloquially) called a 'wulf' from cows. But they just put the jar over the cow zit and popped the jar on its bottom, and the zit erupted into the jar, quite gross.

The ones I saw were just pus, no worm.

Don't need a worm to dip the chips.

I don't know about anybody else, but I'm glad that it's somebody other than me pumping Pus all over the place.

Pumping pus should be done in the privacy of your bathroom or physicians office, and not be posted anywhere except a shielded physicians training site...
