Morality
Is it ok to drive home slightly drunk from a restaurant with a bike (and 50% on a bicycle road) iot to avoid taking the car because you don't want to poluute on the 3km drive. Or taking the car but not drinking at all?
Security vs ecology? (Just back from the restaurant btw ;-) ) Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk |
Drunk on a bicycle, car, tractor, horse, or lawn mower is DUI.

Seems like a bike would be pretty hard to ride while drunk, but maybe if you do it a lot the balance becomes more deeply rooted in your brain. Also seems like it would be pretty easy to steal your bike from you, but maybe bike theft is not as big of a problem over there.

Drunk in my case was after 2 glasses of wine and some sake during a copious dinner. Let's say I felt a little bit tipsy.

I think you know it's "wrong" to ride a bike while drunk, but on the sliding scale of wrongness, it's better to put mainly yourself at risk instead of putting others at risk.
