Delaware and East coast of Maryland have no connection across the Delaware River or Chesapeake Bay. Insufficient power lines into that region means locals must shutdown businesses or pay highest rates. But those who spin cost controls *know* new power lines directly to three nuclear power plants and other electrical generators will only increase electric prices (see that newspaper article).
