I'm dumping face book and have unfriended everyone I either see on a regular basis or have contact with elsewhere. Like here. I still have a few stragglers to weed out and posts to delete.

Facebook sucks

The planet just gained back another citizen.

Interesting, I more or less do that without dumping facebook.

Friends are the people who know where I live, have my phone number and send me IMs & emails, and vise versa, because we actively seek to engage with each other, so for me FB is how you let people who you have no actual desire to interact with or actually share anything of substance feel like they are still part of your life, it's "obligation book", or "obligation books: Your grand nags", or OB GYN for short, which also happens to work fantastically with their business philosophy.

Facebook is about women's sexual heath and wellbeing? I thought it was more of an emotional thing, how stupid of me.

...I was going for the invasive angle.
