In order to use a recipe, or even follow someone's instructions, you have to know the language.

I always used to be appalled by TV cooks who would suggest a pinch (usually of salt) and then lob in about a dessert spoon full. I applaud these measurements.

Also, I like the fact the spoon says Tad, not Tadge. I've wanted to punch people before over this issue.
Or maybe I was just feeling punchy that day.
