Two images for one, trying to make up for lost time. The first above is from South America, I think; the second below is definitely from South Korea.

A world apart, united by common protest focused at the most visible and most available target. A target that is almost certainly owned and run by local franchisees, but who cares about details when you're bent on uncivil property destruction.

I always suspected that Ronald McDonald was a Nazi. Now UT has provided photographic proof.

I saw the guy with the Bush mask and rifle on the news this morning. He was being stuffed into the back seat of a police car by several cops. He was not handcuffed and still holding the rifle!
WTF? Even if it was a plastic toy rifle, no cop in his right mind would let a perp hang on to ANYTHING.

I had a very nice lunch at McDonald's today: 2 cheeseburgers and a small diet coke. A good value at $2.97.

Let me guess the milkshake machine was broken again and they were fed up with the half ass service...lol. It is always like that here and the fries are never cooked all the way. Oh wait they did that to discourage the hamburglar right...:3eye:

hes got a point. but i saw that burger king has brought back the italian chicken sandwich, for 'a limited time only'. which means that burger king wins, no matter what the price, for as long as they offer it. damn, thats a good sandwich.

I tried to go by Wendy's today for lunch, the line was a mile long.

Everyplace else, no real wait.

For a moment I thought you were talking about the civil and law-abiding property and human destruction going on in Iraq.

God forbid.

The Koreans were at least a bit creative and amusing in their protest.

Where's the "US out of North America" crowd when you need them?

On a small ever-shrinking reserve somewhere in the middle of nowhere....
