There is believable rumor that Australia features chocolate Easter bilbies.

For the wife and me, church, Easter hymns especially a sextet of us doing "This Joyful Eastertide," and rather a lot of deviled eggs -- not all that deviled, I thought; maybe more powdered mustard needed -- for the potluck brunch after services. And the odd chocolates. Yep, happy Easter.

Yes we do UG. A portion of sales go to conservation groups. Bilbies are critically endangered.
