Which is juicier, a ripe peach or a rare steak?

Hard to choose, but you should masticate, whichever you choose.

That reminds me of this: Several years ago I had a friend almost got killed in a car wreck. His jaws were wired shut for 2-3 months. I mean, literally nothing but liquid going in his mouth.

I was at a cook-out at his brother's house when he shows up. The steaks cooking on the grill were really doing a number on this guy, as he is a big foodie. They eventually worked on him so hard that he finally went over to the grill, poked a steak with his pocket knife, and marched into the kitchen, plopped that steak into the blender, and punched puree.

He said it was not as good as it smelled.
