Bain Capital

Apparently wrecking Guitar Center is next up. FU Romney this is why you didn't win. Our era looks a like like the old railroad wars except the Bains of the world don't seem to have a way to lose without a re-write of the tax code.

I honestly think these people are mentally ill or else this is the backlash of Dr. Spock's "scheduled bottle feeding" paradigm rather than nurse on demand.

Consider that an infant's earliest experience of being nurtured is wanting and not being satisfied. Then this infant grows up trying to fill an insatiable fear of not having enough.

Let's promote nursing. On demand and without apology!

This time, but while you were distracted with all the presidential hoopla, they've been creeping into state governments.
Workers at the TN VW plant wanted to organize a vote of workers for or against a union. VW said OK and stood back as they are used to dealing with unions, Germany has the strongest.
But Grover Norquist and the Republican politicians he owns, wouldn't stand for it. The Republican legislators threatened to withhold insentives they had promised VW to build in TN. Sen Corker said if the union was voted down, VW would bring SUV production to that plant. That was a complete lie, which VW refuted right away, but hey, who reads retractions.

They can't lose. Unbridled Capitalism is designed to keep the wealthy rich and everyone else scrambling to survive. Part of that design is a tiny middle class of managers(toadies) of the wealthy. It's always been that way since the industrial lords wrested power from the landowner lords, at the beginning of the industrial revolution..

That was understood until FDR upset their applecart, the WWII boom redistributed power and the people seized the chance to float all boats by labor unions and making politicians at least pretend to care about people.

Carter deregulates everything, the fat-dumb+happy don't notice, the GOP says unions/niggers/hippies are the problem, and the greed goes into overdrive. Remember the "corporate raiders", "hostile takeovers", and "activist shareholders", that made headlines and sent some to jail?
Now the same shit goes unnoticed or is applauded as something to aspire to.

Thank goodness the government has been castrated by Koch & friends with their tea-party supporters, so the 1% are in heaven, and all's right with the world.

Thank goodness for "our team", whomever that may be today. Card check versus Norquist? Is there a "winning" team in there? I've lost my scorecard so I can't tell the players any more. But there's one thing I know for sure, and that is, if you were buying instruments at Guitar Center, you were already a corporate tool.

And that goes for ten years ago more than it does today. They definitely didn't turn into a piece of shit Walmart-style retailer of music when fuckin' Bain came in. They were already that when they were getting revved up. Bain is here to argue over who gets the bone marrow from the corpse after it died fucking over the industry.

There is no our team there is only their team. You're on your own.

OK I apologize to anyone who did buy things from Guitar Center. The instruments are no less valid.

S'no day I don't regret what I say

That's your problem, not what you say. http://cellar.org/2012/nono.gif

Gotta stop second guessing yourself, you said it, you meant it, own it. Just run free and wild... run, Toad, run.
