PLEASE HELP...tab question!
This is a question for all of those who have knowledge or who have worked with plastic tabs and inserts.
I’d like serious answers only. Do not joke reply to this post because it isn’t a laughing matter. So I noticed the other day that plastic tabs come in all shapes and sizes. Also, the inserts and the hole which go with the tabs can vary in shape and size as well. I have a 250 Grade Honed MX 2345 Mart Tab that won’t go into the hole. The hole is marked for 251 Grade Honed DX 2345 Mart Tab. I don’t see why they can’t be interchangeable. I used my table saw to try to retrofit the tab, using a marbleized snarfling blade with a 29 gauge centrifugal gyration, to no avail. I went to the product website and was led to believe that the inversion fitting is easy. A you tube video of same doesn’t even come close to showing me what I need to know: the video deals, again, with the 251 Grade Honed DX 2345 Mart Tab. Do any of you have any advice or expertise you could share with me? Alternately, do you own a Microficial Tab Pressing Tool that can handle the 250 Grade Honed MX 2345 Mart Tab? I could send you my tab and if you could do the work and send it back, I’ll pay you. I realize there may be extra wear and tear on the symbinotic gear axle of the creshing box, so I’ll pay for that as well. PM ME! |
