Artists have always interested me mostly because I have no ability like they do. I can appreciate it, but create - nope.

I can't seem to find any more info about this though.

Oh wow, they're lovely.

Gorgeous! I've always wished I could create beautiful visual things. I don't have ability that way so I create fiber things - weaving, spinning. The tactile aspect is very satisfying. But I'd love to be able to draw/paint/sculpt.

Ha! just found another one - totally unrelated, other than being watermelon art. I'm dedicating this one to ƒlint ..

I really enjoy melon carvings, too. I love the use of light in the leaded-glass carving style.

Most styles seem so easy, but they really are a lot trickier than they look!

I'm craving melons myself.

You think I don't do vanity searches for 'ƒlint' but, see the thing is, in space no one can hear you scream.



After reading Dana's comment, in reference to melons, all I can think of is 'I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts" from Dr. Demento...

You earned that dedication. Heck we all know you have a google notification set up for 'ƒlint'.

Pooka is pushing me to set up a Youtube channel with videos of my drumming. I oughta call it that.

Those ones in the first post are seriously super bad-ass. Reminds me of those book carvings.

Or a super intricate jack-o-lantern. But edible.
