From Oddee's 10 Weirdest Ways to Remember Your Deceased Pet
http://cellar.org/2012/noses.jpg Wearable nose art! This is a metal cast made of a pooch's nose, so the owner can always keep their beloved pet close to their heart. The artist uses a quick-setting silicon mold to make the imprint from the puppies nose. It can be done on live doggies, too! Some of my other favorite ways to remember a deceased pet are: #3 Make a necklace from their hair #4 Make a sweater from their fur I have actually thought about this one. I got stuck looking at the fur and wondering how to turn it into thread. My real favorite, though, is #11 Taxidermy (not listed by Oddee). I wanted to stuff my favorite feline, but hubby, dear sweet hubby vetoed my idea. He said it was too creepy. He has regretted his decision ever since (none of my doing). :3eye: |

That's why you wear them around your neck and not around your waist dangling behind you.

A nice earring set would be the dog's noseprint and the best asshole he ever sniffed. You could turn it into an adjoining necklace later, if you wanted to.

make them a set like the friendship heart pendants. Great idea. A silicone imprint of each end... might have to sedate the dog. |
Go all the way and get some of fido's cremains added into the pendant?

I would not want my pet's nose lodged in my cleavage any longer than it has to me. I love Diz, but there are some areas I'm not comfortable with him going.
