UT, when I first used my phone earlier a message came up (when I came to the cellar) saying this website uses tapatalk.... I canceled, not knowing what it was.

So what does it do? I probably sound really dumb but I did read a bit of the FAQs and I'm just not sure how it works, or even what it does. :blush:

The app costs $2.99 on android. My phone has the voice to text functionality built in. How is talkatap different/better?

It's just a much nicer interface for browsing forums via phones.

I saw the message. What does it do? Oops, tail post.

So, you just spoke into a little box you carry in your pocket, the machine wrote down what you said and put it on a kind of message board so that some random guy on the other side of the planet can see it within a few seconds, and reply on a machine that corrects his spelling as he types.

Just for the sake of our mild amusement.

Seriously, wow.

Now you can make a fool of yourself instantly, from anywhere.:rolleyes:
