Uploading images in the middle of the text?

Someone, somewhere, in the middle of a thread, explained how to attach your own images in the middle of your post/wherever you want then instead of them all coming at the end (without hotlinking). Could they or someone else please explain that again here, because I can't find it.

tia.

upload your image per usual, up to four images

in the advanced editor screen, find the paperclip icon, click it.

when you highlight and select one of the imagefiles you've just uploaded from the first step, the image will be put into the text at the positioin of the cursor like this [ attach ] 12384 [ /attach ]

voila

Those instructions need to be stored somewhere permanent and easy to find, like in a sticky or a FAQ.

Or printed out and taped to the side of your monitor.

I had looked for that thread before too. I found it at the time, and couldn't figure it out anyway.

BigV's instructions up thar look pretty easy to follow. Thanks!

Thanks for the easily found thread title, too, monster.
