I couldn't work out what they all were - is there a description and I missed it?

I wouldn't call them sandwiches (in English-English).
Apart from one they are baps or cobs or subs... or one pancake?!
I'd LOVE to visit there though.

The only thing that put me off was your current sig line. It's been making me queasy for days... Pretty please, any chance you might change it soon...? At least if you have any more mouth-watering Food & Drink posts up your sleeve?

Some of those sandwiches are too fancy. BBQ is down-home cooking. Tarting it up is just wrong.

Now I have the urge to Q a couple of briskets.
