Just wondering if any of youse all dwellars are a fan of Jean Redpath.

Indeed. I have nearly finished cleaning up a vinyl rip of the very rare and out of print "Skipping Barefoot Through the Heather" Redpath's astounding debut album.
Many of the tracks have not been re-recorded by her.
