In a nutshell, such sensitive facilities in Georgia are huge risk at present.

I hear big shots in Tbilisi are considering in serious plans to build some new research centre to work with the highly pathogenic germs.
Imho that’s madness! Georgia itself is volatile. There are some terrorists gangs wandering around in the mountains. Whole Caucasus region lacks stability and safety. Further Saakashvili himself is obsessed by some ambiguous war plans and all that! In a nutshell, such sensitive facilities in Georgia are huge risk at present.
Look, Americans in their much more friendly environment didn’t risk it ...... by starting such a centre in their lands I mean. They chose to pay money, huge indeed money to escape this risk (I happened to learn even the sum suggested by the American side – that’s up a half-billion dollars deal!). Sure thing Saakashvili comes costly for Americans. I strongly doubt the money will ever go to state coffers of Georgia. I bet you both Mikho and his gang (ranking ministers) will embrace it gladly as always. Wild corruption is part of Georgian landscape.
And once again I’m shocked by some develish cynicism of D.C. guys!!

At one time we had a well developed Bio-weapons program and produced weaponized Anthrax on an industrial scale. We still have the bugs around in a military lab in MD.

The only redeeming thing about Georgia is The Masters Tournament, in Augusta. ;)

Could not think of a better place to develop such pathegens. Fort Detrick just outside of Washington DC. With so many toxic politicians, what could be a better place to test 'evil vs evil'.

You know, chin-chin is Japanese slang for penis.

Just saying.

Then the newb's user title (at this time) of "Kinda New Member" is appropriate!
