The midwest meteor/fireball
Did anyone else see it? I was in back on our deck when it came down. It was really bright, especially considering the distance it must have been from us in Chicago.

No, no! It means the End is near. It must have been quite a sight. We didn't get to see it out here.

There has been a couple of those reported in the last year.
I am hoping they are top secret anti-missile defense tests. nah...probably something from planet x caring some sort of mutant germ. |

I wasn't serious. I need to learn the art of joking via text.

I hadn't heard of this. Cool that a cop's dash cam caught it.
So many cameras now that even meteors need that face recognition camouflage paint. |
Clearly the Dalek invasion is happening sooner than anticipated ...

I just wish my alien brethren would hurry and come back and pick me up.
We saw the space shuttle last night. Well, it really was just a jet gaining altitude. Then we saw a huge V of geese so far up...I've never seen them that high before. I asked my friends "do you know why one end of the V is longer than the other?" They ignored me. Do you know why? More geese. Sigh...story of my life. |
Watch this version from the U of W Madison. Doesn't it seem like there's more going on than just a meteor? :tinfoil:

Yeah, they picked up all the old hobos. Bri, get ready, a new shipment just came in. They'll be headed your way soon enough. |
