Ice Skating
 

The self proclaimed "First Skating Club in North America", is The Philadelphia Skating Club and Humane Society,founded in 1849. Humane society? Yeah, each member wore a silver club pin and were "required to carry a reel of stout twine to rescue stranded adventurers".

You can see some small pictures of those old skates at The Antique Ice Skate Club, but they charge to see big pictures. :(

Lastly, there's The World Figure Skating Museum & Hall of Fame, in Colorado Springs, but they don't show you much online.

This will be a good thread for Monster to post the videos of her salchows, lutzes, and axels.
