100 things you should know

Go down the list and see how many you know how to do.

Pretty interesting.

I remember seeing this before. I hardly know any of them . . .

Shawnee123 08-03-2009 12:24 PM

Well the article clearly states it's 100 things MEN should know. We don't have to know any of it Cloud. We'll just sit back and bat our eyes and grab the smelling salts if we are ever in a position to need to know the Heimlich Maneuver.

I might not know the 100 things men should know but I DO know well over 100 men's things.

bbro 08-03-2009 01:43 PM

I know a couple of them. Not too many, though. I'm good with that :)

I knew someone would say something sooner or later about that. ;)

Which is why I didn't put it in the title. :3eye:

But with the new found liberation of women in the 70's and what not, I think it fitting that all women be able to do exactly the same as the men, for the same pay of course. :p

About 70 ...
(makes Tim Allen-style grunting noises - ar ar ar ar ar......)

Well, I almost refrained from pointing it out, but I had to after Cloud's post, because it was a perfect lead-in. Still, I was kind of like "Hmmph." This is the girl (me, I mean) who got a D in Home Ec and an A in shop in Jr Hi.

A cursory examination of the list reveals that I can do many of those things. I'll take a closer look tonight.

I didn't even have to open the link. I don't know how to do any of them. I DO know how to make a brioche though. ;)

I didn't read much, but I saw the part about driving in the snow. They didn't mention shifting down to a low gear. Did they leave it out, or is it not really as helpful as I've heard?

Trilby 08-03-2009 03:33 PM

Ok. I lied. I don't know how to make a brioche. I just wanted to look like a big shot in front of my friends.

Cloud 08-03-2009 03:35 PM

I know how to eat a brioche. Does that count?

I haven't looked at it yet, but I LOVE brioche. Preferably in a loaf, so it lasts for days and days (brioche is at its very best stale and toasted).

Served with chocolat chaud, if'n you have a sweet tooth and all.

Cloud 08-03-2009 03:39 PM

cold chocolate?

Shawnee123 08-03-2009 03:41 PM

I don't even know what a brioche is. I thought it was maybe jewelry. ;)
