Wow! I haven't, but it's worth a look-see.
My first thought was a Daily Mail reaction of, "What? With the housing shortage in this city?" (housing is very much on my mind at the moment) but then I remembered that whole area is up for redevelopment, and in fact it's confirmed later in the article.

That's just behind where I went for the filming of Psychoville last month at the Elephant and Castle.
