August 15, 2008: Too Tall or Too Short?

Friday already? Where did the week go?

Oh, now I remember... it dragged on interminably... TGIF!

Todays question; Are the legs too tall, or is the grass too short?

This photo shows that it's not just humans that go through an awkward age when they are growing up.

That thing is skin and bones, not worth building a fire. Gotta fatten it up a little and then... horse veal. :yum:

I think the grass is half empty.

I do recall reading that a foal's legs are about as long as they'll ever get when it is born, the better to keep up with the herd and reach mama's milk bar. Looks like this dude should stick with milk for a while longer.

Yes, but for horses that lasts about a week. For some of us humans it lasts our whole lives (not meaning myself of course).

They should really take the halter off that poor little guy before he gets caught up in something. Lazy Humans.

You snapped the photo a few seconds too early. The horse was getting set to do a handstand.
