The boy in this image was shot by Palestinian forces in combat with Israeli Defense Forces.

Most people don't believe this take on events. Most people believe the boy was a victim of IDF fire. But

And now the French courts agree, in a sort of convoluted sense, that there's evidence that one of the major events leading up to the second Palestinian intifada was a hoax, and that all media reports of the event were wrong, leading to further rioting and killing and death.
