We're going on vacation!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never been to Hawaii, but I hear it's nice. From the looks of the pictures where we're staying, it looks nice too. We'll be gone about a week, and I already wish it were a longer trip.

Snorkeling and picture taking, mai-tais with Tink, volcanoes, a *conspicuous absence of computers... aaaahhhhh... I can feel the stress just melting away already. I probably shouldn't get too relaxed just yet, since I'm not *ahem* packed yet. Let's see, shorts, camera, suntan lotion, money. I'm good. Let's jet!

Looks like the house at 19.942720, -155.873486 in Google Earth. Big place. If that's it, my wife and I stayed in a condo on the golf course 1.3 miles to the SW on our honeymoon.

Nice area.

I guess packing shirts and shoes was an intentional omission.

Anyway the place looks beautiful. I am very envious. It looks like heaven on earth.

Ohhh, I went to Hawaii in March,2004... its just gorgeous there.

The food is devine, the people are soooo nice, and they dont seem to mind drunk Aussies.

Watch out for the buggers that will ask if they can take your photo holding one of their pretty birds....then want money for the favour.

Although, they are pretty much the same as the people at LAX that want to help give you with directions and then ask for money.

Just don't give them "your camera" to take a picture - you may never see it again. I went last fall and had a great time, but I went way off the beaten path in Hana on the island of Maui. Have a great time!

Looks like a cool place. I'm going to Honolulu for a wedding next month. Staying at the Kahala Resort for a week. It'll be our 1st visit, also.
