Shake a Leg

...just do it.

It's kinda fun.

It's a good one! My leg needed that and I didn't know it. Did you hear about that guy who died on a long flight because he got those things in his leg? trombone-istsis? People should heed this advice.

If I come out to Ohio, can I make *your* leg shake, Bri?

"put your right foot in, put your right foot out, put your right foot in and you shake it all about . . . "

OMG - I had no idea you guys had the Hokey-Cokey!
Anyway, I can't shake mine:

I bought a faux leather igloo for my boys
Inside is a heat pad - gives off almost no radiant heat (I think I have this right) but if you apply weight to it you can feel the heat. It's from the mains, just a really low voltage so you have to be lying on it to get the benefit. It costs pence a week to run.

Anyway - I bought it for Dyl. He comes to bed before me, is the most stressed out if I have a bad night, is most scaredy cat. I figured a warm, protected place to sleep would be a wonderful thing for him.

Ahem. Diz as Top Cat has claimed it. Sigh.
But Dyl now spends more time on the bed, and even if it's his 2nd choice it is SO cute to have him snuggle up to me in the mornings. I just wish is wasn't before 07.00.

So right now he is dozing on ma feet,
no leg shakin'

Yep. Only, in the States it's called the "Hokey-Pokey"

that's what it's all about!

To be fair, I learned it as the Okey Cokey
Only realising years later that Dad just dropped the H in true Cockney stylee

Well, that's good to know and all, but I'd kinda like to be there when it happens, ya know?
