Chocolate
Chocolate is ruining my life.
So is beer. So is TV. So are Big Macs. Mostly food though, food whilst watching TV. |

Spectacle I think the beer and chocolate are playing quite a passive part in ruining you life. I'm sure there is something you can do about it.

I am honestly hearing it
I read up on a ridiculous item called the Pink Patch last night, shaking my head in wonder at people who think a healthy body comes quickly and easily. Then reminded myself I'm not there yet and better get back on the treadmill. Literally. |
Ahhh see this is the problem. You're eating without exercising. Mix the two!!!
Instead of buying a block of chocolate, buy chocolate body paint. then you can eat chocolate whilst being active (you know what I mean;) ) If you're going to drink beer get some mates around to watch a game .
