I talked with Sundae Girl last night for about forty minutes you all! My son answered the call and when I got home told me a woman with "the sexiest voice" had called. :) I called her right back but she insisted on calling ME back. We had a lovely chat!!

Yes Ducks, I've been trying to puzzle out when we would both be awake together. Hmmmmm.

I have an irrational fear of the telephone, and always have.

I make J order our takeout dinner.

Even when talking to my loved ones, I hate it.

If the conversation lasts more than 2 minutes, you're ghey.

I don't fear the telephone.

I fear the people on the other end.

Did you ever have to work in an inbound call center? I rarely answer the phone and I think it is because of my experiences in that sort of job.

Funnily enough, that was what helped me with my (til then) lifelong aversion to talking on the phone. Is still don't like it, but I will now make a call to resolve an issue rather than send an email. It's just quicker.

Didn't help me to work in telephone support for two years. As a result, I'm a little more comfortable with the phone but only if I wear a handsfree device of some sort.

If I were talking to SG or Bri, I'd want a hands free also.
