Caught yourself there. Good job.

Ah yes, but it has truth to it. :D

That looks like rear-screen projection and it may not even be DLP. The poor woman.

I see this shit in action all too often. Crackheads and drunks with a "disability."

Personal recent favorite was a part-time convenience store employee who drove himself in to the hospital ... in a BMW 2-seater convertible.

Money for the wheels came from some kind of lawsuit.

See, that's proof. If he'd had money, he'd of had 4 seats.

Why does she have pink and white octopii on her couch? And where is the ubiquitous bag of Nacho cheese Doritos and TV guide?

wolf 03-24-2008 10:16 AM

Nobody buys TV Guide anymore. It's useless since the format change.

Yeah, but what about the articles?

The "writers" of TV Guide have also declined in their ability to use words like "a," "an," and "the."

If I wanted crappy gossip, I'd buy a crappy gossip magazine. The front slick section of TV Guide is supposed to be about the review, an occasional wacky "Best of" list, the episode descriptions, and Cheers and Jeers.

The larger format hasn't made the grids any bigger, there are no daytime listings, and it doesn't fit on the arm of the chair under the remote the way it used to.

Even if I can't see more than 72 hours into my viewing future, there is far more utility to the digital on-screen guide.

(I was only joshin' 'bout the TV guide)
