Clinton supports an immediate draw down of troops in Iraq, without consideration of the political consequences. McCain supports tying American presence in Iraq to political benchmarks in the Iraqi government.
McCain supports wide use of free-trade agreements to expand the American presence in foreign markets. Clinton supports the use of trade protections to limit the availability of cheaper foreign goods in American markets.
If you don't think these are real differences, you need to do more research.
