I have no doubts that I'm nuts. But I think I can hold my own with some of the nuts here.
Please think of the kids. No junk jewelery for the little ones please. Go down to Rodeo drive for all purchases.

Drax 09-16-2007 12:00 AM

You ain't nuts. This is a good reminder. :D

I don't know. Trolling can become the accepted norm on any forum and anyone speaking up for what is right can become the troll.

I don't think this being a troll is the excepted norm here yet but a couple are working on it.

Excuse me if I ever come off as trollish. What do I care if it goes to hell in a handbasket. I shouldn't care that anyone else would care about 'what's right'

Cloud 09-16-2007 09:10 AM

um, you think I'm a troll?

As a gram to 5 little granddaughters, I didn't think the warning about junk jewelry was particularly specious.

I think I'll stick with the candy jewelry.

yeah, but the poster missed one. Pay close attention to those trolls who attempt to create a diversion or change the direction of the group by constant whining. They're the worst type.

Cloud. I'm sorry about that. When I read the post, first thing that popped in my small brain was about some kid like the Ramsey? girl.
Folks that push kids in that kinda shit should have been drowned at birth.
Monster. Thanks. I thought we were buddies?

busterb 09-16-2007 11:49 AM

BTW I knew nothing when I started life and still have most of it left. :tinfoil:

Has it changed? I was planning on that beer when we finally get to Lousiana!

(I was referring to the poster as in the sort that goes on the wall -sorry -I can see how that may have caused confusion)

How about, for poster read "original artwork" :)

Nope, but you'll be one state wrong. I was only a coonass for about 30 years. Now I've been a redneck again for about 25 years. :lame: I know!

Ah well, I tried. Us furriners can't tell the diff, tha knows ;)

(I'm sure it was Louisiana you were somplaining about us missing. Oh Well. You're welocme to join us there when we get there. Howzat?)

busterb 09-16-2007 12:35 PM

True. I was wondering about the map that showed all states around LA. And didn't have a clue as to how you missed it.

busterb 09-16-2007 12:41 PM

Whole state leap-frog, I guess. I think you did answer that question before.

busterb 09-16-2007 12:58 PM

Cloud. Thanks for the use of word specious, because belive it or not, I keep a scratch pad in kitchen and when I'm reading, find a word that I don't know, understand. I write it down and look up later.

All these years I thought I was just a back-slider and now through reading I find I might be an atheist, agnostic. Other day I found a new word for me, didn't stick. Maybe with a N? I'm still me.

Boy it's hard to find a place in the Am bullshit at coffee shop to fit them in.

okay, thanks. I kinda wondered about the extreme reaction. The news story kinda caught my eye, because of my piercing experience and knowledge about metal allergies.

All little girls love jewelry, and big girls, too, in my experience. Even cruncy granola EarthMother types, like me.
