Sigh... James Brown moves on
 

Everybodies favorite Godfather died this morning. Being Christmas we marked his passing with Slay Ride. God bless James Brown.

That is some seriously bad news. Gonna have to do a JB tribute.

Bummer. JB was a hellion, but nobody grooved harder or had more influence on American music than he.

RIP, JB.

Don't be surprised if he throws off the shroud and does another verse or two. :D

My lovely other half and I went to the Apollo to see them bring James home, an event I will not soon forget. Many, many, many people - all very respectful of the man and his impact on America. One of those "had to be there" moments.
