Targetting Microsoft

To me the most enlightening thing about X's post with Ani DeFranco's poem is the fact that Robot Wisdom, the original web log, is back. Though I don't always agree with its politics, it generally has excellent links, including one from the Washington Times with an interesting piece of news. I had not heard this tidbit before:

"U.S. intelligence officials said Islamic terrorists have picked economic-warfare targets inside the United States. This includes intelligence that al Qaeda terrorists plan to attack Microsoft's headquarters in Redmond, Wash.
"The data were among information found during military operations inside Afghanistan."

I'm assuming they aren't targetting the executive building, so there might be innocents lost in such an attack, which would be appalling.

One of the things you learn when you live in Washington:

--NEVER trust the Washington Times. :) (Okay, maybe not never...but always be suspicious of it.)
