My Mac Book Pro
 

I just picked up a Mac Book Pro. 4 Gig of Ram, 350 GB hard drive. I love it. If anyone has some good links for the mac I'd sure be grateful.

On a side note, a guy at work is a PC snob and just can't believe that I bought a mac. Until now I didn't know that the PC snob existed, I always thought it was the other way around.

Click on All Downloads on the left. Lots of good freeware and shareware in there.

Also take a look at the iLife apps that come with it. They're fairly decent. Darlet #1 did an excellent class project with the movie and dvd apps.

Open Office is available for the mac and does a nice job.

Borrow or buy Mac OS X Leopard: The Missing Manual. Very useful for learning all the little tricks.

Go over to www.versiontracker.com and search to your heart's content for all the software you would like.

Your MacBook Pro can run Windows faster than his can if you have Boot Camp enabled. Tell that to the PC snob :).
