Chocolate
Filtering out all the evidence, here's what we know about chocolate...
Improves mental stability. Reduce risk of insanity. Lowers cholesterol Improving blood pressure. Reduce memory decline in elders. Reduce/prevent Alzheimer’s. Slow cognitive decline. Improve cognitive function. Lower risk of heart disease by 1/3rd. 22% less likely to have a stroke. 2 oz/week, 46% less likely fatal stroke. 1oz/day benefits fetal development. Boosts oxygen availability in fitness training. Cyclists used less oxygen at a moderate pace Cyclists rode further in 2 min flat-out run. You owe it to your mother, God (may be one and the same), and country to eat chocolate. |
