Gotta disagree with you Dude.

Old analog video on a CRT set was no where near as good as what we have today.

It was only ever analog horizontally. Vertically it had very low resolution. And even horizontally, the beams are going through shadow masks which convert them into pixels.

I guess I mainly mean an analogue picture is more natural looking and a nicer experience :)
