....sketch something, or don't get my boss shouting orders at me, or get a long weekend and my bike to race down the country side.

...stay positive and engage with others instead of isolating.

... listen to my girls.

get lots of sleep.

Don't worry or stress over stuff.

am hungry

...cut myself some slack.

If only I could master that one!

...better balance the glow of the sun with the glow from the monitor.

...ignore those who would do me harm, emotionally or physically.

...realize some humans are just cold-hearted and bitter, and kind of dumb, and keep a safe distance from those people.

...eat a Klondike bar from time to time.
