I can't tell if the goat is concentrating intently, or incredibly pissed off.

It's not the former since the goat could almost do this in its sleep. It's pissed off at the monkey for giving it a raspberry.

Zoom in on the base of the pedestal. It seems Chinese tables can levitate beside the wire, not on it.
