Glucosamine with chondroitin
 

Have been taking this for 3 weeks, as I have arthritis in all my joints, and feet. Happy to say that the swelling is gone and I can see my knee joints once again. Especially with all the f-----g humidity we've had, it's been a godsend. Fairly pricey but at least the side effects aren't going to harm me, as other prescription medications could.

Mine sits here in a bottle reprimanding me for not taking it more regularly.

I even went so far as to get one of those daily pill boxes so I could have all the vitamins and suppliments organized for daily use but I think I must have senile dementia because I keep forgetting to take them.
