Did they list your sleep posture?
I'm the top half of #3 and the bottom half of #8.

ATM I'm having to lie flat on my back when I'm in bed, and I just canNOT sleep that way.

I remember sleep, though. Fondly.

Yeah, I had to teach myself to be a back sleeper for acid reflux. It took a while but I got there.

It took me months to learn to sleep on mt back but then I snored and my wife bitched so I stopped. I've tried to do it again but on my back my brain goes into high gear. If I turn on my side I'll be asleep in often less than a minute. It's like magic but I don't know if it's psychological or turning on my side pinches some nerve or blood vessel to cause it.

i sleep on my side, and am asleep before my head hits the pillow.

Pretty much 3 all the time but as I haven't had a decent night's sleep since the Relief of Mafeking it's all a bit academic. :(

Balderdash, the Relief of Mafeking was before your father was born.

Actually, I had originally written "I haven't had a decent night's sleep since the Relief of Ladysmith", but you know how people talk. ;)

Well that's better, you shan't pull the wool over our eyes. :crone:

Makes me think of No Sleep Til Brooklyn.

Carruthers 02-15-2020 03:02 AM

Speaking of sleep, Mr G, you're either having a very late KY Friday night or an extremely early Saturday morning!

Gravdigr 02-15-2020 03:10 AM

Heh, both, maybe. I gotta get my sleepytime back to some semblance of normal.
