deviled green eggs and ham! (don't use smokey ham, though--ruins the flavor)

Oh! How did you make it green? Mine has spinach. :p:

green food coloring. Like this:

Recipe: Cloud's deviled eggs

Hard boiled eggs. Split lengthwise with sharp knife. Use a pointed spoon to delicately remove the yolks.

Mash the yolks with:
mayonnaise
mustard (dry mustard and/or prepared of your choice)
lemon juice (the lemon is the KEY! I make mine pretty lemony)
Salt

Fill the egg shells. Top with paprika

For the "green eggs and ham" part, add green food coloring, and finely chopped boiled sandwich ham.

Have we returned to the 70s?

dunno, but deviled eggs are alive and well around here, and Dr. Seuss is eternal.

I have never eaten green eggs and ham.

But I have eaten eggs and green ham
