This friendly guy looks pretty good right about now, with the temperatures starting to get warm and a weekend right around the corner.

Compliments of Rad

!!!! brainlock !!!

Yes, yes I understand the whole southern hemisphere, axial tilt, blah blah blah..

But I'd completely overlooked the fact that it's the start of WINTER for you Ali, Zen, sandy, bearegard, etc (others overlooked due to my own limited faculties, sorry).

Happy winter!

(a winter baby Ali? huh... :) )

The baby will be born in Spring V. End of september. Hopefully not our wedding anniversary which is the 23rd! My husband has enough trouble thinking up stuff for me on that day without having two events to worry about!!!

BABY!!!! Wow, Congrats!!!!

It is so weird - I know several couples whose babies are born near their anniversary - there's got to be some deep psycological thing going on there . . .

See, we were smart, we adopted. That way we had control over birth days (sort of). Our one restriction was NO SCORPIOS!!! Absolutely not!

So, what did we get --- Not just a Scorpio, but a Scorpio Sun with a Scorpio Moon (I forget his rising) and Scorpio in three other potent areas. I feel for the future Mrs. If anyone can stick with him long enough . . .

The really funny thing is that the "next summer" thing didn't even come close to making my brain tilt. I'm so - I don't know where - with everything in my life right now. I am continually shocked by the date. Keeps me guessing. LOL!

That is so cute!
I'm even tempted to make one for my birthday.

I loved the turtle burger, but I just couldn't see a use for it.
With a staffroom bach and a family BBQ coming up, there might be enough fruit-lovers assembled to demolish that.

I don't have a melon-baller though.
