Heh. There's an awesome new brand of hamburger buns at my local store, but word has apparently gotten out because they're always out of stock... Fortunately for me, (most) cheese is naturally cardboard free!

You're missing out on a lot of free fiber doing it that way...

Budweiser is exactly the kind of water that is NOT gluten-free...

No, like Ice Mountain. If it had an authentic GF symbol on it, I was supposed to highlight its GFness, regardless of how fucking obvious it was.......

I thought Budweiser was mostly rice and water...

"mostly" is a key word. Like "mostly a virgin".

Anheuser-Busch lists the same ingredients for Budweiser and Bud Light: Water, barley malt, rice, yeast and hops.

Barley is not GF, FYI.

What's more, anything with just the word "malt" in it (malt flavoring, malt syrup, etc.) has a 99% chance of coming from barley malt, and thus means gluten.
