My nephew got to the 6th round, placing 4th place in the school's Spelling Bee contest. I'm proud because they sent home two papers with a list of 450 words. He only studied the first page. Had I made him study the second page, he would've been able to spell "manufacture." I'm proud because there were about 40 students from 3rd to 5th grade. He's in 3rd grade.

Good for him, and a fantastic placing for a little guy in 3rd grade! He'll be ready for the top spot next year. Congrats to him and to you, his wonderful aunt. :)

She's off the Hamilton in the Fall. Music is her release not her focus.

Hamilton is good. I think I mentioned this before, but they wait-listed me. Any school that doesn't let me in has got to be desirable.
