Looks like he tried to hit the very start of the runway to impress or scare the fans, but was a little bit short.

The yellow arrow points to what is the optical convergence of the roads from the camera's viewpoint,
but obviously this side of the actual landing strip.
Looks like he threw some dirt on the road at least.

Obviously gross negligence. There should've been road signs that said "AIRPLANE CROSSING."


ETA: I've jumped that aircraft in Europe. Their C-160 is like our C-130 with the most visible difference being that it has two larger engines rather than our four smaller ones.

The pilot was good enough to get me to the drop-zone before that. You didn't think I'd want to land with that pilot did you? There are some sound reasons for jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.
