Memories of a Rock Festival or was it the “Lost Weekend
1 Attachment(s)
In an earlier post I was waxing lyrical about the good times we had heading down to the town of Reading and the music festivals there in the 80’s.
This was a regular trip for myself and two mates for many years although I only have photos of the bash of 81, other years I’m afraid are only distant memories in an old deranged and befuddled mind these days. Anyway for a laugh I thought I’d post a few photos of the “trip” These faded photographs are proof to me and to my kids that I wasn’t born at 32 and yes I had a life before them and a mortgage. In the pub first very important to be drunkish |

Two bands I remember
first Rose Tattoo AC/DC clones but not as good, then and old English blues band Chicken Shack. Great days |
I love this! Thanks for sharing!

Great show of pics be-bop. Thanks!

Crikey it's changed!
I'll see if I can dig any of my festival pics out. I think they may all have been shed along the way... I daren't put many of them in my album, and they're the only ones I can guarantee getting my hands on these days. |
Man you guys were the living freak Bros. That is too strange to be a coincidence.

I'd give a nut up if I still had my woodstock pics.
Good job, Bebop! |
