The Mandarinfish or Mandarin dragonet (Synchiropus splendidus), is a small, brightly colored member of the dragonet family, which is popular in the saltwater aquarium trade. The mandarinfish is native to the Pacific, ranging approximately from the Ryukyu Islands south to Australia.

Madarins are really cool fish. They are masters at not giving a damn about anything happening around them.

They also have a higher specific gravity than saltwater. They sink like a rock.

These little appetizers sink down your gullet so fast they probably don't taste like anything.

And they probably wouldn't even notice the thrill of the ride! :p:

Looks like daytime to me, Bruce.

I made these little beauties my wallpaper of the week.

Did you know that "Mandarin" is spelled with four US state postal abbreviations?

Listen to the Mandarin rain
Listen to the wheezing on the make
Oh, listen to my cold break
Every time she squeezes juice

Glinda 01-28-2013 03:02 PM

Can't. Stop. LAFFING.

BigV 01-28-2013 04:28 PM
