Oh dear, mods, can you edit title to 2020? Pleeeease? Can you tell that after that 5k in the snow this morning followed by shovelling a fuckton of it off my drive, I'm a tad...... something.... :lol:

kinda ....only 23 of us ran the Lillie Parkrun this morning, so we were a little spread out. I was placed first in my age/gender group. Out of 2..... :D
