The boy who played dead to survive his father's attack

This is very sad. Aaron Kinard who just turned 9 on Monday was eating cookies and milk when his own father shot him. His father shot his mother in the back and she died, then he shot Aaron and then he shot himself. Aaron layed on the floor and pretended to be dead and after he saw his father shoot himself in the head and fall to the floor he got up rode his bike to the neighbors house and told them what happened.

Of course the kid will be traumatized for the rest of his life. Thanks to his Dad. And we wonder why?

I'm just glad the crazy son of a bitch is dead, and won't be able to traumatize any other innocents.

It never ceases to amaze me just how badly the human machine is capable of malfunctioning...

As I keep telling my son, always check your work.

This scumbag obviously didn't ever get that lesson. Hope the kid hasn't got this mental disease by association or lineage.

*shaking head in disbelief* Just when you think you've heard everything...

I hope that someone will be able to take this kid in, and show him how an adult *SHOULD* treat a child, and get him some counseling while he's still young.

Do you have any references or links for this? I googled the kid's name and got nothing on this story.
