July 22, 2009: Topless Day

Real men support equality for women.

http://cellar.org/2009/topless.jpg

Next month, on Sunday August 23rd, real men will have a chance to join women in a national protest against discrimination.

Quote:

Currently, women who dare to be topless in public in the US are repeatedly being arrested, fined, humiliated, criminalized. On Sunday August 23rd, 2009, topless women will rally in great numbers across the USA to protest this gross inequality in the law and will demand that they be granted the fundamental right to be topless where men already enjoy that right according to the 14th amendment of the Constitution
I personally urge everyone to fight this injustice.

The problem is not one of morality, but public safety. For a few of the women I know it would introduce a tripping hazard.

ZenGum 07-22-2009 01:24 AM

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of boobies. Sometimes you just can't help loving the USA. You're still evil imperialist dogs, though, okay?

Crimson Ghost 07-22-2009 02:30 AM

Hooray for boobies!

TheMercenary 07-22-2009 10:26 AM

I love it!

Sheldonrs 07-22-2009 10:27 AM

Well, I guess if we have the right to bare arms....

Coign 07-22-2009 10:40 AM

Umm, crazies?

From their website.

Quote:

Who can participate? We welcome everyone! GoTopless was founded by the Raelian Movement, which recognizes that life on Earth was created by advanced extraterrestrial scientists. These scientists, both male and female, used their mastery of genetic engineering to create humans in their own image (breasts included!). GoTopless includes thousands of women and men, who have a wide variety of beliefs, affiliations, etc...
Then again I was raised Catholic. (No longer practicing.) The shit I read in the magic bible book is no less strange than aliens.

Hmm magic versus sci-fi (advanced technology) for creation based beliefs. I wonder where you would find tales, parables, and creation stories that follow same patterns and similar likeness. I think I need to apply for a government grant to study this.

SteveDallas 07-22-2009 10:56 AM

Definitely crazies. Still, you know what they say about stopped clocks...

A somewhat-related SteveDallas Classic(tm)

I just saw a topless chick!

SteveDallas 07-22-2009 11:23 AM

Why is she standing there? I thought they were supposed to run around.

xoxoxoBruce 07-22-2009 11:25 AM

Ran out of gas.

BigV 07-22-2009 12:52 PM

Already on the other side of the road.

BigV 07-22-2009 12:53 PM

Just can't get ahead.

BigV 07-22-2009 12:53 PM

Waiting for a head start.

BigV 07-22-2009 01:06 PM

She's already headed off in a different direction.

Sheldonrs 07-22-2009 04:15 PM

And that's why I don't stick my neck out for anyone.

I usually don't feel like moving around after giving head either. :D

Flint 07-22-2009 04:19 PM

The link mentioned breastfeeding--clearly an invitation to bump the Utilitarian Boobs thread.

Gravdigr 07-22-2009 06:59 PM

That topless chick has no tits at all...:( Gone to find some titties.

The chicken has a breast, and she also has tits for friends.

capnhowdy 07-22-2009 08:33 PM

She's given head for the last time.....

Elspode 07-22-2009 09:05 PM

Just waiting around hoping to get a little head.

Aliantha 07-22-2009 09:24 PM

You know, when I was a little kid, all the kids used to run around under the hose topless in the summer, then one summer I started stripping off down to my undies for a run under the hose and mum told me to go put my togs (bathers/swimmers) on. When I asked why she told me because it's rude for girls not to wear a top over their chest.

I can remember feeling really embarrassed about my nipples and that feeling carried through to puberty when I started growing breasts. I thought that whole area was naughty and bad.

Of course, I still think that, but in a good way. ;)

Seriously though, more women should feel more comfortable about getting their gear off, particularly in places like the beach. In fact, I personally believe all beaches the world over should be clothing optional all the time.

You can love her or leave her, but that's not okay. My government may be imperialist -- but I'm not. (maybe a little bit evil :evil2:). I don't care about your down underwear, your iraqi oil or your opium poppies. Okay dog?

At least we agree on teh boobies.

ZenGum 07-23-2009 07:03 AM

I appreciate the difference, Slight, and it isn't a slight difference, either. Please don't feel slighted.

Aliantha 07-23-2009 09:29 PM

I think you might be slightly out of line there Zen.

Crimson Ghost 07-23-2009 10:54 PM

I'm slightly optimistic that Zen meant no offence.

SteveDallas 07-24-2009 10:47 AM

It may be a lost cause.

I mean, if French women won't go topless, who will?

xoxoxoBruce 07-24-2009 10:57 AM

Eastern Europe will and does.

Of course women are afraid too much baring will cause men to become ho-hum, and they don't want to loose the power of the boobs.

It's just so freaking easy. I mean seriously, if you're in doubt as to your pavlovian response patterns, just review this thread.

Pack dogs.

xoxoxoBruce 07-24-2009 11:11 AM

Exactly my point, why risk that?

Shawnee123 07-24-2009 11:14 AM

It's just a small aspect of my powerz.

xoxoxoBruce 07-24-2009 11:17 AM

Butt... er, but... there's more. ;)

My mouth waters when I see tits. Is that because they're shaped like bells?

( . v . )

Shawnee123 07-24-2009 02:41 PM

Ding ding ding ding...we have a weiner!

ZenGum 07-25-2009 03:24 AM

Now you're going Freudian.

Sundae 07-25-2009 09:33 AM

I had a furious row with my ex because he was ogling a woman sunbathing topless in Cuba. French (évidemment!).

He thought because I pointed her out - topless sunbathing is illegal in Cuba - I was giving him permission to look. Well - "permission to look" isn't a relationship OR a legal requirement, but I ended up pretty pissed off when he stayed out on the balcony for over 10 minutes.

I was young. I was needlessly, pointlessly and stupidly jealous. I hope she didn't get brast cancer after all.

Shawnee123 07-25-2009 09:39 AM

"Hey honey? If you want some of THIS you might consider ceasing fixating on THAT!"

;)

Sundae 07-25-2009 09:47 AM

Trust me, different titty trumps better titty any day :(

Shawnee123 07-25-2009 09:51 AM

Sigh, I know. Ring the bell. Salivate. Repeat.

Boys...

Heh, I just caught part of that last week. Started watching right around Melanoma Face.

Too funny.

I agree, and I hold that atmospheric humidity counts.

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, too. He was a charmer as an actor. :)

I always love when the car backfires and everyone at the school hits the ground.
