The 1903 variant Model-6, curved dash runabout prototype called the Doctors’ Coupe unfortunately never went into production with only one ever made.
This incredibly steam-punk podium of a vehicle had two gears plus could be thrown in reverse.

The cars, the company, later the division of General Motors were named after company founder Ransom Eli Olds.
Maybe no more were built because Olds left the company at the end of 1903 then started building and selling 1905 REOs in late 1904.

Olds was a smart dude, he invented a gasoline engine that sold better than his cars for the first few years, he was first to build
cars on an assembly line, made numerous advancements in cars, trucks and busses. He also invented the gasoline powered lawn mower.

The Doctors Coupe would make a great plague doctors ride.

I know jack squat about cars or their history--but weren't we all taught in school that it was Henry Ford who did that?

I believe Ford was the first to use a moving assembly line.
